StrongArm ® Holder and Positioner. A StrongArm® Holder and Positioner is the ideal choice when holding an instrument that should not move during the course of the surgical procedure. The Standard Single Arm StrongArm® Holder and Positioner comes complete with a Quick-Connect Tip and Heavy Duty Rail Clamp. It can be used with the ENTrac™ Retractor Systems for head and neck procedures, including TransOral Robotic Surgery (TORS).
